PVD COATING FOR PCBN INSERT

The coating on PCBN cutting tools is becoming more widespread. Some coatings exhibit greater chemical stability than PCBNs themselves. This enhanced chemical stability can lead to performance improvements when machining hardened steels.

The coating has the effect of delaying crater wear. EHWA Diamond provides high-quality coated inserts for optimized machining.
